The RD range is a Pyrolitic design sometimes referred to as Gasification and was developed specifically for hazardous waste disposal such as medical, pharmaceutical and is also used for the disposal of general waste from Industry and Oil field construction and base camps.

The basic design standard is based on the British Standard 3316-1987, the systems performance can be further enhanced by the addition of 'state of the art' Ceramic Fibre flue gas filtration systems designed to comply with European and US environmental emission standards.

The range offers models with throughputs from 30 kg/hr up to 1000 kg/hr. The smaller capacity models are a packaged design ideal for quick easy installation and in most cases can be shipped in a standard container.

The units feature the unique 3Ts Thermal Reactor and combustion-mixing zone, which provides intimate mixing of flue gases and combustion air to achieve low flue gas emissions. The RD range can comply with most pollution and emission standards without flue gas filtration equipment. As is expected for modern processes the RD range can be supplied with automated waste loading and de-ashing facilities.

For applications requiring waste heat recovery 3Ts can offer steam or LPHW boilers, hot air heat exchangers and turbines for electricity generation. Used throughout the world by General Industrial, Oil Field Companies, Pharmaceutical manufacturing, Hospital, Municipal, Military and other organizations with solid and liquid wastes disposal applications.

As part of the extensive 3Ts range, we offer a rotary kiln technology for multi waste stream such as hazardous, chemical, small municipal, general, and animal waste as well as process applications for decontamination of precious materials, drilling mud, meat and bone meal.

The rotary range offers throughputs from 350kg/hr up to 6 tonne/hr. Systems are fully engineered to comply with the latest EC emission standards where applicable.

3Ts offers turnkey solutions to the process, installation and operation of a plant. Systems include fully automatic de-ashing and materials loading specifically designed to suit the customers process requirements and design. Operation is for continuous 24-7 performance.

These units are used world-wide by General Industry, Municipalities, Waste Contractors, Slaughterhouses, Meat processors and Renders, Port Authorities.

To meet today's demands, 3Ts remains ahead of competition in many areas including niche applications such as mobile incinerators. Primarily developed for the Oil Industry, standard models and engineered units are offered depending upon customer's requirements.

Standard models include liquid waste oil and sludge incineration facilities together with solid waste disposal. The standard units offered have throughputs of 300kg/hr and 500kg/hr with liquid injection of approximately 200litre/hr and 400liter/hr respectively. Each unit is a self-contained system incorporating fuel tank, battery start electrical generator, Sludge pump set, and de-mountable stack. All skid frame mounted ready for site use.

Larger capacity systems are specifically engineered to customer's specifications. These units are used world-wide by Oil Companies, Military, Exploration teams and Waste contractors.

From years of experience from supplying the Oil Field Industry and Chemical companies, 3Ts offers a dedicated specialist design for both standard and engineered systems for a wide range of throughputs for the safe and clean disposal of crude oil sludge, waste oils, tank bottom cleanings and other oil residues.

These units are offered as static or mobile systems and are used world-wide by Oil Companies, Chemical Industry and General Industry.

This range is specifically designed for medium and large animal carcass such as oxen, horses, camel, sheep, deer and large dogs. It is also used for slaughterhouses and food processing plants where large volumes of wet waste is generated.

This range can be supplied to meet international emission standards, with a variation of after burning designs from 0.5 seconds residence at 850°C to 2 seconds at 1100°C as required. Automatic loading can also be offered on PD72, PD144 and PD288.

Most units are a packaged design ready to install, supplied with lined chimney, all automatic controls and burners. Widely used throughout the world for the incineration of Fallen stock from dairy farms, veterinary establishments, slaughterhouses, stables, racetracks, large zoos and laboratories.

The PD6 and PD12 were developed to cater for smaller applications as outlined for the large models. Also in some countries these models are used for pathological, medical and surgical waste, where regulations permit. Main uses are smaller hospital or clinics to dispose of amputation, excisions, foetal and afterbirth matter, medical dressings etc. and veterinary centres and zoos for the destruction of small animal carcasses. The PD6 and PD12 use the same unique single burner system for both waste ignition and secondary combustion for clean and odourless flue gases emissions. Accepted for Clean Air Zone operation in the UK and Ireland.

In addition to conventional combustion treatment systems, 3Ts offer non-burn technology alternatives for the treatment of medical waste.

The 12-5® are chemical sterilization treatment systems that use non-propriety sterilizing agents. The whole process is driven under negative air system and an integrated HEPA filter to insure zero air contaminants.

The WOI range has been specially developed for the Hydrocarbon industry and provides compact skid mounted units for the clean and safe disposal of waste such as engine sump oils as well as solvents. WOI units are offered as a self contained skid mounted unit designed for remote base camp or military bases locations and are robust construction simple and reliable to operate. The WOI capacity ranges from 50lit/HR to 500lit/HR as a skid mounted unit.

Where production waste is a problem to store or dispose of 3TS offers incineration or evaporation technology for the clean and sage wastes, such as rolling mill oils and contaminated water which may be expensive or prohibited to dispose via the drainage system.
