Description

Free burning waste incinerators for fuel free destruction of dry waste. This range is designed for type 1 wastes, comprising of cardboard, paper, rags, wood off cuts and floor sweepings from commercial, industrial or domestic sources.

Exclusive of free moisture in wet material, waste may contain up to 25% inherent moisture and 10% incombustible solids. Wastes are manually ignited from the top through the loading door.

The flames are fed with primary air from apertures in the grate, from all sides of the inner combustion chamber and centrally through the air intake cone, only necessary for compact waste, stimulating and sustaining fierce primary combustion.

At the same time secondary air is drawn into the incinerator passing through the isolating space between the outer casting and the inner combustion chamber, creating an intense secondary combustion for the efficient destruction of smoke, gases and particulate.

A third stage supply of air enters through the underside of the upper outer casing to complete the after burning process. RL Models are for applications involving high heat output wastes in a high usage environment.
