PD6 & PD12- Animal Carcass Incinerators (Compact Units) | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
|
Description These models employ the principal of re-circulation of combustion gases. The principal allows for the repeated re-circulation of products of combustion across the hearth, down through a secondary zone, horizontally below the hearth into an after burn chamber, with a final pass through the burner flame before emission. The long horizontal travel below the hearth provides the extended dwell time needed to promote the destruction of suspended carbon particulate, smoke, fumes and odours. The principle of re-circulation of gases makes possible the use of one burner only to provide both primary burning of charged material and after burning of the products of combustion, giving optimum performance at minimum fuel cost. In standard form, each incinerator is fitted with just one pressure jet oil or gas burner to provide both primary and afterburning. Features
