RD Range- Industrial, Clinical, Medical & Pharmaceutical Waste Incinerators

RD Range Wastes are thermally decomposed and burnt using a semi-pyrolitic process with low oxygen in the primary chamber.

Gases produced are combusted in a high temperature post-pyrolitic chamber, then passed to the flue or heat recovery plant.

Temperatures are maintained using automatic burners to ensure minimal Carbon and Nitrogen content in the ash, meeting international Ash Sterility standards.

Thermal Oxidizers which can operate up to 1200° C guarantee elimination of any possible odours. This, coupled with gas retention times of between 1.0 and 2.5 seconds produce outstandingly low emission figures every time.

The units are all in accordance with European codes for waste destruction and pollution control.
